3. Customer Responsibilities
- Back up your data before submitting any device. PC Repair Center is not responsible for data loss unless covered under a signed data recovery service agreement.

- Pay all service fees as agreed prior to receiving your device back.
4. Warranty & Limitations
- All standard repairs include a 90-day warranty unless otherwise noted.
- The warranty does not cover physical damage, software issues, or user-caused failures.
- Parts replaced become property of PC Repair Center unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PC Repair Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or hardware damage caused by pre-existing conditions.
