Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.
1. Service Agreement
By bringing your device to PC Repair Center or requesting our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include but are not limited to computer repair, data recovery, software installation, and technical support.
2. Service Estimates
All service estimates are provided in good faith based on initial diagnosis. Final costs may vary depending on the actual work required. We will always obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.
3. Data and Privacy
We take data privacy seriously. While we make every effort to protect your data, we recommend backing up important files before service. PC Repair Center is not responsible for data loss that may occur during repair services.
4. Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair work and parts. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For business accounts, payment terms may be arranged in advance.
6. Unclaimed Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be subject to storage fees. After 90 days, unclaimed devices may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
PC Repair Center's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to provide timely service, repair times may vary depending on parts availability and the complexity of the issue. We will keep you informed of any delays.
9. Remote Support
Remote support services are provided on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee resolution of all issues remotely and may recommend in-person service when necessary.
10. Changes to Terms
PC Repair Center reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
