Which PC Repair Center location is closest to me?
From most of North County: Oceanside is closest if you're in Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, or near Camp Pendleton. Encinitas is closest if you're in Encinitas, Cardiff, Leucadia, Solana Beach, Del Mar, or Rancho Santa Fe. Carlsbad is closest if you're in Carlsbad, La Costa, Aviara, or Bressi Ranch. Which shops have walk-in hours and which are appointment-only?
Our Oceanside shop (2401 Vista Way, Ste B) and Encinitas shop (384 N El Camino Real) accept walk-ins during business hours — no appointment required for drop-off or diagnostics. Our Carlsbad shop (2365 Marron Rd, Ste B) is currently by appointment only while we finalize signage and our local phone line. Book online or call to schedule a Carlsbad visit.
Do all three locations offer the same services?
Yes — every shop offers the full range of services: laptop repair, desktop repair, Mac repair, virus removal, data recovery (drop-off; recovery work happens in our Oceanside lab), screen replacement, SSD/RAM upgrades, custom builds, business IT, and same-day service when parts are in stock. Specialty work like micro-soldering and clean-room data recovery is consolidated at our Oceanside shop for technical reasons.
Can I drop off at one location and pick up at another?
By arrangement, yes. We can shuttle between Oceanside, Encinitas, and Carlsbad for customer convenience. Mention your preferred drop-off / pickup combination at check-in and we'll coordinate. Most customers find it simplest to use the same shop both directions.
Do you serve cities outside North County San Diego?
We serve all of San Diego County via our mail-in repair service — pack the device, ship it to our Oceanside lab, we diagnose and quote, and ship it back with prepaid return shipping after the repair. Software-only issues can also be handled via remote IT support without you leaving home. See the cities-we-also-serve grid below for our regular drive-in service area.
